When 786 Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager at When 786, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the When 786 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and When 786. They apply to all services offered on the When 786 website and mobile platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, Aviator, Roulette, Esports betting, and any promotional features.

When 786 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, Passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each person is permitted to hold only one When 786 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering at When 786, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid mobile number, and a genuine email address where available. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Password & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your When 786 account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. When 786 will never ask for your full password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact When 786 support immediately at support@when786.com.

When 786 may suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, When 786 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

All monetary transactions on When 786 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When 786 does not accept foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted at When 786 and will be reversed.
• When 786 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. When 786 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Deposits are credited to your When 786 balance within minutes under normal circumstances. Delays may occur due to bank processing — contact support if a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in your own verified name. When 786 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 10–15 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take 1–2 business days.
• When 786 may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or in cases where account activity appears unusual.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering activity, after wagering requirements are met, may be withdrawn.

When 786 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New players at When 786 are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. Refer-a-Friend Programme

Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as welcome bonuses unless otherwise specified.

All bets and wagers placed at When 786 are binding once confirmed. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming, as When 786 cannot cancel a bet or wager once it has been accepted by the system.

• Maximum bet limits are applied per player and per market. When 786 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Esports markets are settled based on the official result declared by the tournament organiser. When 786 is not responsible for changes in venue, format, or scheduling that affect match outcomes.
• Casino games — including Roulette, Aviator, and all Live Dealer games — use certified RNG systems or physical equipment operated by trained dealers. All outcomes are final once the game round is complete.
• Manifest errors — such as clearly incorrect odds or prices displayed due to a technical fault — will be voided by When 786 regardless of whether bets were placed before or after the error was identified.

When 786 operates under a fair play framework. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, pricing anomalies, or game malfunctions for personal gain is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in the voiding of associated winnings and possible account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at When 786. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without refund:

• Multi-accounting: Holding or operating more than one When 786 account, regardless of the reason or method used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, opening accounts with false information, or using systematic strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game on When 786.
• Money laundering: Using When 786 for the purpose of laundering money or processing funds related to criminal activity. When 786 fully cooperates with relevant law enforcement authorities and conducts internal AML monitoring.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after those funds have been used for gambling at When 786. Accounts where chargebacks are identified will be suspended pending investigation.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing When 786 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

When 786 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond When 786's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. When 786 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practical.
